From the Editor's Desk

This week we interview two innovative Canadian leaders. First, in our 15th anniversary Changemakers series, we talk to Marc Kielberger, who, along with his brother Craig, founded Free the Children. In our Leadership in Focus series, Allyson Hewitt, executive director of Social Innovation Generation (SiG@MaRS) offers her thoughts on social entrepreneurship and nonprofit leadership. When hiring, have you ever asked potential candidates to provide samples of their work? In this month's Ethics Q&A, Jane Garthson discusses how to keep this practice ethical. And finally, in our research section, Jack Shand provides 15 tips for running an engaging and effective meeting, and Doreen Pendgracs outlines why it is important for directors on a board to be evaluated regularly.

Help us celebrate our 15th birthday!
